Additional Services

Emergency Tree Care

Storms may cause limbs or entire trees to fail, often landing on homes, cars, other structures or other trees. The weight of storm-damaged trees is great and they can be very dangerous to remove or trim. An arborist can assist in performing the job in a safe manner, while reducing further risk of damage to your property.

Stump Grinding

When safe removal of your tree(s) is complete, we can provide you with our stump grinding service. Our machines systematically reduce stumps to wood chips to a maximum depth of 12" below grade. Large, surrounding roots close to the surface can also be cut, roots smaller than 4" - 5" must be removed using other means. Stump chips are usually left in place in a neat pile for later use as a beneficial mulch, or can be placed under trees and shrubs directly, if requested.

Cabling or Bracing

Adding cabling or bracing to an unstable tree can help to support branches with weak attachment, or correct the growth of the tree.

Tree Appraisals

If your trees or shrubs are damaged or destroyed, you may be able to recapture your loss through an insurance claim, or as a deduction from your federal income tax.
